My wife has been getting her oil changed and tires rotated at Minnesota Wholesale Tire for years, during the last visit she was informed that the oil plug was stripped and it was going to cost @ $550.00. News flash oil plugs don't strip themselves. ( improper tools being used and drain plug not tightened to specs) I was given all the excuses to make me feel it was my fault. So for all people going in for oil changes, expect an estimate for oil pan replacement. Vehicle mileage 87,000. Poor customer service.
