The calamari is the best in the US.
All the food is good- the mesquite grill is hard to beat. As much as I like all their food, the teriyaki chicken sandwich is my favorite- cooked to perfection with just enough grill bark to make is special. Don't forget to leave room- a LOT of room- for dessert. Everything is homemade and exceptional- this coming from a chef with four decades in the kitchen. When I don't want to cook, I let Fred's do it.
We showed up and they seated us. After about 15 minutes someone came over to us and asked if anybody told us what the wait was. There were only 2 people waiting tables, and we asked what the wait was and she informed us that it would be over 30 minutes. And we showed up at 6:45 and they close at 8. I kinda feel like they told us the wait was longer just to see if we would stay or not.
Food good gals are super but the cook is degrading to staff in front of customers and very loud are well. Very embarrassing
We went to Fred’s today and had the best food! Our waitress was off the hook great her name is Stephanie go see her!!!
