We are so sorry to hear about this situation. We do our very best to take care of every customer who comes in and apologize for the experience that you had.
My husband and I went last night to celebrate him getting a new job and was seated in the bar area. The food was great, but we had to wait for an extended period of time for service. We didn't have a consistent server, and had to flag someone down every time we needed assistance. My husband asked 3 people for steak sauce and by the time he got it, I was already done eating. Great food, but terrible service. This is the first time we had been and not sure we will try again.
Perfect. As always! Some smoked sirloin always pairs well with some Jon Dooly! We love it!
Love. This. Place. final night dinner of our BBB trip every year. can't wait til next year.
