Did not deliver propane when it was on auto delivery. Pipes froze. Took ZERO responsibility. Pulled all 5 accounts from them.

Living in the snow-belt of VT, a warm home is literally a life and death matter. We were scheduled to have an oil delivery today. Around mid-morning I received an email saying that because our road was not plowed, they could not deliver. (Our road was plowed last evening.) I immediately called to ask why I was not called right away about this. They said they tried, but no answer. I was never called. Absolute worst company. They installed a heat pump and now refuse to repair it. They say they will call back and never do. Their service team is incredibly rude. Do not use them! Use absolutely anyone else

Horrible company. Tried several times to schedule repairs to my furnace. They kept putting me off and saying they would call me back. Long story short they never called back or ever scheduled a repair service. I’ve come to the conclusion that they don’t really know how to repair anything and that they don’t care about their customers! I’m now going to another company that actually works on furnaces and appreciates their customers!
