Talked to multiple people while setting up my account last week and was told by multiple people I would be on the schedule for Monday. I was totally out of fuel because another fuel company gave me the run around for 2 weeks so I was switching, hoping Fred’s would be different… they were not. They did not come when they said they would. Called up and got a price on fuel oil for 375 a gallon and then when they delivered it, it was four dollars a gallon So they took a $50 bill out of my wallet

These people are CROOKS. They Came to do a pressure test and fill 100 galon tank $500. Ok. However they left behind a major gas leak in my house. When i called to tell them what was happening they dispatched someone to fix it right away which i thought was great!! Until the next day i saw that they took $1000 out of my account for the "emegency service" what?!? You caused this emergency!! (Zero mention of any charge on the phoncall btw.
