You have very horrible people handling your reception. We paid a week in advance, had a day when our fuel was to be pumped. When we called to check on the status of the delivery, we were greeted by a very condescending woman who treated us like we were less than dirt. We weren't rude, just asked some questions and were met with a condescending attitude and we were hung up on. How do people sleep at night just jerking people around for no reason other than our last name. Completely ridiculous.

Jacob was a lifesaver! After another company couldn't clear our stubborn drain blockage, Jacob came in and wouldn't give up. He tried several different methods and ultimately used a creative solution that worked perfectly. Highly recommend his persistence and expertise!

Normally I would give a good review for Fred's. NOT TODAY!! I walk into the office to request someone come fix my 91 year old mom's propane furnace. I get met with "we don't work on furnaces if you don't get fuel from us" What?? Really?? FREDS already worked on the furnace twice.!! And the parts they changed out, are what is now broken again and leaking. Then the girl tells me it must be oil furnace. Excuse me? It's propane. I ask her who could work on it since FREDS REFUSES TO. She said maybe someone in island pond...?? My ... read more
