Fred's Energy has been incredibly reliable over the years and they make us feel really good about living in this part of the North East Kingdom. They are incredibly decent people, as we came to realize: for a recent complex project that went over budget, they ate the extra cost without even telling us! You have very horrible people handling your reception. We paid a week in advance, had a day when our fuel was to be pumped. When we called to check on the status of the delivery, we were greeted by a very condescending woman who treated us like we were less than dirt. We weren't rude, just asked some questions and were met with a condescending attitude and we were hung up on. How do people sleep at night just jerking people around for no reason other than our last name. Completely ridiculous.

Jacob was a lifesaver! After another company couldn't clear our stubborn drain blockage, Jacob came in and wouldn't give up. He tried several different methods and ultimately used a creative solution that worked perfectly. Highly recommend his persistence and expertise!
