We ordered 3 Philly Cheesesteaks... Regular, Mushroom, and Barbecue Sauce. All came as 10 inch sandwiches. Tasted really good. Friendly service and they make it right where you can see it.

We have gone to the one in Carrollton and it was much better. I wanted this place to be good. They help the local schools but they need a lot of help. One person was working at lunch time, they had to pack the to go orders, take walk in orders, cook and answer the phone. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and the first order was wrong. We asked for the Rocky Balboa and there was very little meat nothing like the picture for sure. We also asked for the cheese steak egg rolls and taste wise I wouldn't order again. The Philly cheesesteak would have been better if there was actually a good portion of meat on it. It was mostly bread I was eating. First time there from Desoto to Plano. I won’t be returning due to the disappointment I experienced.

Second time here. The first was about a year ago. It was a good experience. Today (6/1/2023) when I walk in there are 2 individuals sitting on their phones behind the counter. I ordered my food and was told they didn’t have that item at this location, then was given a menu with half of the items blacked out bc they don’t make them there. I was going to get a drink but half of them were “out.”I went to wash my hands, the restroom smelled of rotten sewage. I had to wipe my own table down. My boyfriend found Fred's downtown philly while watching Food Network. We never knew this location existed in Bedford though we travel by it many times so he was eager to stop in. We've both had true philly Cheese steaks while visiting philly on numerous occasions. Our visit to Freds downtown philly was a bit of a disappointment it was nothing like what you would get in philly. It wasn't bad it just wasn't philly.
