this place is amazing! This is the best Philly cheese steak sandwich I've ever had in my life! :-)
Sandwiches are hot & juicy and oh so delicious!! Fries are always crispy and Fred's sauce is the perfect complement!

Overall I give it a 4 I've had way better almost didn't order and wish I hadn't. Richardson location is filthy inside the worst part is a ceiling fan in the kitchen above the grill they cook your food on looks like it's been there since the mid 80's that droops down and it's covered with dust not to mention the light bulbs and glass cover are yellow. I'm pretty sure that's a health code violation I will not be a returning customer btw it was my first time. "Feeling disgusted"
2nd best cheesesteak west of Philly outside of Best of Philly in Phoenix :)
