I had to wait for a table, that's a no no in my book. Food was ok and brought out to us in less than 4 minutes. To crowded for me.
we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. service was quick, food was excellent and the price was right. I'm so glad we waited. you won't be disappointed!
Wow! Anyone who gives Fred's Diner less than 5 stars has unrealistic expectations with everything else in their lives. I'd go so far as to say Fred's is not only an Akron institution, not merely an Ohio institution but a National Treasure. If you want to learn how to operate a successful business, grab a seat, eat some of the best food in Akron and observe how it's done.
