I had an emergency heating issue and I stumbled upon Fred’s listing online. Fred answered my call right away. He was able to do an emergency visit and fixed the problem within hours. He and his assistant were honest, efficient and knowledgeable. Most importantly, Fred has reasonable prices! Do not hesitant to reach out he was great and plan to use his services moving forward!
I called Fred for some issues with my heating. I have a boiler with baseboard (water system). He was able to fix the issue rather quickly and was able to check a few other things as well (calibrated aqua stat, checked for air in the line, checked the voltage in the pump, relief valves, etc.). Gave me a diagnosis of why my boiler wasn't working and some recommendations of maintenance for the boiler. I was very satisfied with his work.
I felt really lucky that I called Fred for help in a frustrated situation. A lot of thanks to him! My heater stopped working on a night a few days ago. After a few calls, I was able to find someone who agreed to come on the same night to take a look. But after a quick investigation, without pinpointing the exact issue, the guy told me my HVAC is just too old (it's not) and suggested replacing with a new one and quoted a big price tag.
