LOVE this place! Like a previous review stated, the chocolate almond croissants are to die for. Even just the almond croissants (which are filled with frangipane) are divine, melt-in-your-mouth goodness that will make you forget about everything else in the world while you're eating it. Hodge Podge and Flax and Oatmeal are my fave breads. Make a grilled cheese sandwich on Hodge Podge for a savory-sweet combo. Everything is just so, so good.
Sesame semolina is amazing! Get there early on Thursday to make sure it's available!
Awesome Bread here. I have never been disappointed! If you have not tried his Focaccia bread, you are truly missing out. I always call ahead to save one for me when I stop by. This is my new go to place to get a great loaf of bread or 2 when we have anyone over for dinner. Try the kalamata olive.
I love Fred's Bread and cookies. Oat and flaxseed is our favorite bread.
I'm hooked. Their selection isn't big but: Chocolate almond croissants? To die for. I thought B&C's chocolate croissants were good but these blew them out of the water. Haven't tried their bread yet but I will next time as they kept bringing them right out of the oven. My ONLY complaint is with their morning hours, I just automatically assumed a bakery would be open before 8am...Makes it hard to pick something up before work.
