I paid 7000.00 up front Jan 2017 and I am still waiting on my retractable screens and my drywall work to be done and my doors are not constructed right. That's the words of the door manufacture, so do u want to take a chance on this company, I have give you my experience. Don't say I didn't warn you. I really don't want to give 1 star. Fred’s worst. We paid them $2500 deposit for window replacemet in August. Since then they have fallen off the face of the earth. They will not reply to our text, voice mail or emails. We have not been able to reach anyone in the company to get our money back. At the beginning of September we opened a dispute through our credit card company that we had used to pay $2500 deposit. WARNING: This company is a scam...I have requested a repair of a window and having been calling EVERY DAY for a response and I only get an answering machine. THEY ARE A SCAM..I DON'T EVEN THINK THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. BEWARE. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS?
Do not do business with them. I went by the reviews posted online and thought they were reliable. I paid the deposit for my windows 2 months back and never heard back from them after that. Now they don't respond to my calls or emails or text messages or facebook messages. If you don't believe me try reaching out to them and see for your self if you are lucky. They are either out of business or closed the business after taking money from a good number of people like me.
