Came here awhile ago to ask a few questions about getting work done and didn't realize they were closed , came across a little man with a big attitude out front that I found out later was the owner Fred , the rudest human I came across in awhile and to own a business your customer service sucks , you are one lucky little man that I kept my cool and moved along , don't recommend this business to anyone , I'm actually surprised he's still in business, all those negative reviews prove the point ! Excellent Work Quality Garrantee on a Tacoma collision repair. After repair I had an unusual problem with the brake systems safety features faulting when driving over 100kph. Toyota was inconclusive. Fred effectively troubleshot the root cause in a timely manner. I have decades in maintenance experience and was impressed with his process and result.

Showed up for my estimate appointment and the estimator was extremely rude. Treated me like I didn't know anything and I was an inconvenience to him. Do not recommend going there.

Terrible Experience with Fred’s Autobody and Painting in Sechelt, BC I had a horrible experience at Fred’s Autobody and Painting, and I feel compelled to warn others. The owner, Fred, was extremely rude and dismissive. He didn’t bother to ask a single question about the damage beyond the exterior, completely ignoring any other concerns I had.
