My husband was putting a hitch on the back of our suv for a trip we were taking. Unfortunately, he needed an impact drill to secure the bolts. I have never used Fred’s, but we live right down the street, so I called to see if they could help secure the bolts. I spoke with Jesop, the owner, who told me he was very busy and wouldn’t be able to get to it for a few days, and instead offered to allow us to borrow his drill and sockets to complete the project.
