If you want a professional hair service with very reasonable prices, Fredrick is where you get it. He has done hair for beauty pageants and I have been going to him for over 20yrs. I have since moved away from Modesto, but, when I go back to visit I always wait to get my haircut by Fredrick. I have NEVER had a better hair service anywhere.
