Very poor service. The reception staff are rude both in person and over the phone, the wait times are ridiculous (over an hour in the lobby, then another 30-45min waiting in the exam room), but if you are 5min late for your appointment they will cancel it, and good luck getting the snippy secretary to schedule you for another one in anything resembling a reasonable time frame. I really liked Dr. Colwell, but not enough to have to deal with this place. It's like getting a tooth pulled to get every appointment.

I can't believe Dr Rathee as being rude. Seems like you just have problems getting along with people, your own statement .....only person you can deal with there is Dr Oland. Dr Oland was my doctor and i switched to Dr Rathee my second pregnany, because when i came in labor Dr Oland turned me over in labor to Dr Rathee who was very polite and professional. He came to me before delivery introduced himself and asked me if wanted somethings done in a special way. My friend was also seeing Dr Oland and she was also delivered by ... read more

DR. Rathee is rude and takes no time to get to know you but Dr. Oland is amazing he is one of the few doctors who really seem to look out for the welfare of the patient he is now the only one ii can deal with there ...

First used Dr. Raj Rathee when I had my daughter. Found him to be a decent doctor, but very short on time. Felt much like just another name on a list. When i got pregnant with my son, I decided to switch over to Dr. Oland. Also a very friendly and upbeat doctor, but again, always seemed rushed. I suppose this is just due to the office being busy. omg i so agree with the whole receptionist thing; they are rude & dont even open doors at exactly 8am they didnt open till 8:15am wtheck!

This office is absolutely fabulous!! I saw two doctors, Ben Celniker & Raj Rathee - they were extremely informative and very supportive about the procedures I needed to have done. Dr. Cenlniker was very funny and really put me at ease from the moment he came in the room. Dr. Rathee is a wonderful surgeon, explains everything in detail, follow up visits at the hospital and a very caring nature. In addition the staff is also wonderful, very courteous and accommodating. Front desk staff are rude and do not pass messages on to the doctors. I had a procedure done last week and was told, by the office staff, that I could "just wait" until my appointment and then scheduled it for two weeks later. I asked for my doctor to be given a message to call me. She took my phone number, but he never called. The only office person who hasn't been rude to me is the surgery scheduler, and she has been very kind and helpful. I love my doctor Dr Oland. I do not like the front desk staff at all. Dr Oland and his co doctors are the only reason I keep going back. He is worth the rude, unfriendly girls up front. I'm very happy with him and will continue to go back Would like if they got more or different girls up front tho.
