Dr Jennifer is great! No nonesense and an easy eye exam. Personal, professional and on time. Easy peasy. Love that it is a small store instead of a bigger medical environment. Once I needed some contacts for a trip and Dr Jennifer was out of town and the man in store refused to give me a pair so I had to transfer the rx to get the contacts I needed in time for my trip. Dr Carr is great. At my first visit she uncovered that my previous prescription was too strong (for years), and getting it fixed made my life so much better. I actually don't need to use readers anymore with the proper lenses now. My wife also goes to Dr Carr, she's had lifelong hearing loss and vision issues. Dr Carr did some research and realized they may be related so referred her to a specialist. Love this place! Dr. Jennifer is so kind and easy to work with and helps every step of the way to make sure your prescription is right for you. Pete is also great. You can see how passionate he is about eyeglasses and helping people find the right frame. He is one of the best frame adjusters I have EVER run into. Also, they have a great frame selection.
Dr. Carr provides amazing customer service and consultations. She is very thorough and thoughtful with her patients. Can’t recommend her enough!
Great customer service! I've been going to Dr. Jennifer (and Pete front of house) for years and will keep coming back. I have a complex Rx and they both take their time and attention to make sure it is right. And they've made adjustments in a couple cases where it wasn't quite dialed in. Keep up the great service. And they carry very cool, stylish and nice variety of frames for that unique, individual look!
