Worst service experience ever. Will never go back. I’ll take the $300 dollar labor cost as a loss. Just not worth the aggravation to walk in there and deal with them. I didn’t realize my limited warranty was expired, kind of my fault, but I also have an extended warranty that covers everything. They said they couldn’t find it. After spending two hours looking for a bad sensor. Only time the lady came to me in waiting room was to say the finished up oil change and fuel filters and working on sensor now. What an incredible dealership! Typically any dealership you go to, you feel pressured... Right? Not here. You feel like they're here for you, rather than to simply get into your pockets. Did a good amount of the leg work over the phone, as I was driving quite a distance to come get a vehicle from here and man was it worth the drive. The two folks I delt with, were simply outstanding.
