This doctor makes his patients wait over an hour for an appointment. This is not okay. He should contact his patients if he is running late. People hurry to arrive on time and if any appointment is missed $50 are charged yet scheduling an appointment for a certain time and being late does not give a patient a CREDIT of any kind. Please run a better practice.
