I'm worse now than I ever have been. Dr isn't being honest about what happened from my prepresctive. I would think long and hard before putting my trust in HOLYOKE HOSPITAL MINIMAL INVASIVE SURGERY. MY LIFE IS RUINED. IM PRACTICALLY A CRIPPLE NOW
In seeking a second opinion, for the first time since I found out I needed spinal surgery I felt like I was heard. Things were explained in a manor that I understood. Finding out I was not a candidate for non-invasive spinal surgery was difficult to hear but after being shown why and what would be more beneficial for me it was an easier pill to swallow. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Pennings. I met with him for a second opinion regarding ongoing tingling sensations down my arm. After having an MRI I needed to consult with a neurosurgeon. The first doctor I saw told me I needed surgery and should not wait long- I could find myself paralyzed. My anxiety hit the roof. Dr. Pennings did not agree.
