Our experience with Fredericton Mitsubishi was amazing, from start to finish. Grant was really patient, was just as excited as we were when we picked up our vehicle. Just overall a great salesperson! My girlfriend has been waiting for a radio replacement for over 5 months for her Outlander (the touch screen doesn't work). She called the parts desk recently and they were very rude to her and said to 'be more patient' and hung up on her. The previous dealership owner was very polite and understanding, I wonder if things have changed with the new and current owner. I hope that this isn't the new normal for parts and service.
