Service staff were amazing. Polite and genuinely friendly. Explained the process and kept me updated on the progress as they were running abit behind. That is understandable, and so kept me updated. The courtesy shuttle driver was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable on the dealership and the features of my vehicle, with many I still need to learn. Very courteous and polite. All the staff are truly assets to your dealership. Will certainly be back and will highly recommend to anyone who will listen to me. Lol
First time having my vehicle serviced by Fredericton Mitsubishi. I was extremely impressed by the service drop off arrangements! Service department employees were very pleasant and knowledgeable! The dealership is bright and spacious and they provide cold drinks, coffee and snacks while you have your car serviced. Overall a very impressive dealership.
Lori is the absolute best, the whole purchasing experience has been wonderful!
