I came to D.D.S John Adams office aprox 4/2022 to have a partial bottom plate made. The cost was close to $3,000. When it was fitted I asked about the week hook on the right side. I was concerned as there was very little metal. He said if it broke to bring it back. 12/5/2022 it broke. I called and explained, receptionist made appointment for 12/5/2022 and was then told I would have to pay another $389. To have the clip repaired. I am very displeased with John's intentional deception. An honest D.D.S would make this right.
Was referred by another Dentist. After 3 visits and 2 thousand bucks.. I never saw him. I always got someone else. The work that was done is still uncomfortable after months.
