I recently purchased a new 2025 Chevy Tahoe and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Cody went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and Alanna was wonderful to work with throughout the process. Robin also took the time to carefully explain every detail, which I truly appreciated. The entire experience was above my expectations and made buying a new vehicle an enjoyable process. Highly recommend this dealership and their team!
Where to start well they was recommended be my insurance company so I said sure. On a Monday we got a phone call from them to set up an appointment to have a estimate done went well was told things was slow at that point and it was a great time so set up the day to drop off the vehicle what took me at my house a whole 3 hours to do plus a 17 min YouTube video was told maybe a couple weeks to do by the service department this was after they had it 3 days already.
Recently called Fredy Chevy after seeing the Chevy Trax we have been looking for. Told them we wanted to sign and drive, no money down, and scheduled the time to come down. Living a hour and half away, time is already a premium and didnt really want to spend all day at a dealership. When we arrived we were greeted by Robin the F&I Manager, and most of the paperwork was already completed and ready to go. For the record, I want to give this review a 4.5, but Google says otherwise. I was working with Alanna remotely as I live out of state, and she was the most communicative person I've had the pleasure of dealing with! Extremely patient, following up without being too insistent or overwhelming, and helping my problem solve when it came down to inspection time.
