Overpriced fees (maybe price gauging also since they are the only ones offering this service without driving into Austin) to get rescue bunny fixed, but the most disappointing was the lack of explanation of the fees and front desk verbally said to "check" them on paperwork because they are "required" steps to surgery but then the paperwork said they were really elective. The staff was wonderful and the vet was attentive and explained everything well. You can tell everyone loves being there
