After a disastrous experience with Select Title, paralyzed by right of way access wasted three weeks, almost killing the deal, $1,200 unnecessary survey for seller, cost me the buyer $1,000 lost lender credit…Select (Chicago company) literally gave up. Select blamed it on their assistant…no apologies, no responsibility, no nothing. Hill Country Titles took over and got it done in five days. Thank you Hill Country Titles.
