Front desk staffs are very rude. Since they were not wearing name tags at the front desk, I couldn’t get the name of the woman I encountered with. That’s not how you treat your customers. Without your patients/customers, you don’t have a paycheck. Just because you have a college degree doesn’t mean you’re above or better than the patients who come to your front desk.
