I bought a wedding set in March 2026. In May my fiancé noticed a couple of diamonds had fallen out of the engagement ring. We took the set back to the store a short time later and they took the ring without asking questions. The ring was then shipped to the designer, repaired, snd returned to us in about 5 weeks. Top quality customer service.
Mark here is great. I visited with my family on my son's birthday and he made our trip perfect. Integrity and honesty from a store selling jewels and minerals is a perfect mix. Will return and purchase more.
