Jon and Jess are two of the most honest and caring people I’ve met. They helped me buy my wife’s engagement ring 13 years ago… and they still service, inspect and maintain it, with the care they did when they set the stone. Hands down can’t be beat for quality and service. I’ve sent several people there and those people have the same reviews! A true Fredericksburg staple.
Worked with them to design a ring with some existing stones. Fairly priced and beautiful job!
John The Jeweler stepped up to the plate and hit a grand slam! I came to Fredericksburg hoping to have a pendant repaired. I wanted to have it fixed while I waited. No luck at Spotsylvania Mall, Crown Jewelers or Ulman"s. Only Fredericksburg Jewelers offers same day service. Repaired prongs of engagement ring just a few months ago and one of them has broken off already. edited to reply to owner: Thank you for the reply. Considering the original prongs lasted for over a decade, this one breaking within a year seems not right even if it was over 6 months.
