Every single person is thoughtful, courteous and goes above & beyond. I would feel comfortable if I were to place my mom here.
If I could give zero stars I would. This facility should be shut down in my opinion. Not only is it Very old and outdated but its unsanitary. My brother was here under hospice care and while visiting him I noted roaches, thick caked on dirt around baseboards in restrooms, urine stains running down walls around toilets, sticky floors that you could feel your shoes sticking to, dingy dirty looking bedding and patient rooms that looked unclean with old broken furnishings and a tv that didn't work. I will not even give the one star. My mother was severely constipated, looked like she was 6 months pregnant, and let me remind you my mother is like a 100 pounds. Soaking, wet.. I had to end up calling an ambulance and I'm glad I did. The ER doctor said she was so backed up. He had to use his own hand to get in there. And break it up. My experience at this facility was beyond outstanding. All facility staff were attentive, encouraging and just overall exemplifying a superb standard of care throughout my stay!
