If i could give 0 stars I would. On my way to work i was in the midst of a mini stroke. Pulled in at about 7 am and no human was at the counter. Had to use automated check in and the only available selection was headache. System said 2 minutes to be seen. At the end of 2 minutes still no one except 1 other patient...that also hadn't been seen. Ended up leaving and driving to the actual Mary Washington hospital with deminished vision in my right eye.
