This place has all their proccesses down. I recommend them from the service they provided me on 3/25/25 as a patient. People don't care how much they know until they know how much they care! Today was my first visit here and I felt so care for. I was nervous but all the staff was amazing to help me relax. Susan, Amy and Melissa in post-op and in the procedure room were Dr. DeTrane, Joel, Shontell and Mayann. This is the only Endoscopy Center I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Professional and friendly from start to finish!
No one likes a colonoscopy! Due to family history, I have a had quite a few in many different hospitals and centers. FEC was pleasant experience. I arrived early and was seen early. Pre-op was easy and the entire procedure was explained well. Other than my not so favorite gown (the one with open back) I was warm, made to feel comfortable, and felt like I was in the hands of professionals. At no time was I rushed or made to feel uncomfortable. Thank you to Dr. Ajmera and the team at FEC.
