The staff are kind, efficient, professional, and friendly. There was no feeling of being rushed; there was also no endless waiting. They ran precisely to schedule, with every staff member assigned to my case checking in with me frequently to ensure I understood what was happening and what was next. I went in right on schedule. In recovery, the nurse was patient and careful to ensure I was ready to stand up to get dressed. They made the procedure as pleasant as can be imagined.

We were treated with utmost respect and professionalism. I'm sister to the patient. I was alerted at every step of her progress during the procedure, even permitted to accompany her in recovery! The nurse gave us each a bottle of juice, which refreshed us both.
