Very slow with appointments and poor communication. My medication runs out next week (oct 13) and I’ve been trying to get in contact with them since August. It’s now oct 7th and they finally called me back. The earliest than can get me in is November 2nd. So two over 2 weeks without meds is in store for me. I was told to just drive to Richmind VA hospital if it’s an emergency but I would have to bring in all my pill bottles and take a drug test, wait for however long for results before they can even prescribe me or renew my ... read more
