The doctors are good here but receptionist staff IS HORRIBLE!! I work in healthcare myself at a dental practice and we pride ourselves on top notch customer service and it sucks when you don't get that in return! I have received 2 letters in the mail almost on year later for a $50 NCNS! I have NEVER ONCE NCNS! Again I work in healthcare myself and would never do that! If I was unable to make my appointment due to personal circumstances I have always called and rescheduled! How does that justify a NCNS?! Are we not allowed to... read more
If you care about getting excellent care, in a reasonable amount of time, this doctor’s office is not for you. Their staff is not on the same page communication-wise at all, the wait times at appointments are 1 to 1.5 hours, several times I have been and they have wrong information for me and what I’m being seen for, and they are in no rush to get your referrals to the appropriate specialists. I have been waiting over 2 weeks to get a referral to a specialist to get a biopsy. Their coordinator was out for a week, and they ha... read more
