I’ve been buying and taking my GM vehicles to Fredericksburg Chevrolet and GMC for 12 years. Brian in the service department is great. He is always helpful and friendly. The work they do is always well done and in a timely manner. I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership.

Traveling out of town, the engine light on the 2025 Buick Enclave illuminated with a message "Acceleration Reduced". On-Star directed to the nearest dealer, Fredericksburg Chevrolet GMC Service. After talking with Cameron, he recommended I drive the car to the dealership for an inspection and identify the root cause before driving 150 miles back home. Cameron and the team quickly assessed the situation, arranged to service the vehicle, and resolved the issue without disrupting my travel plans. Thank you, Cameron and Team.
