It’s been nice working with Cathy over the last two years. Whenever I’ve had a problem with anything she has been very prompt on getting the issue resolved. I really appreciate her professionalism and caring spirit.

I have witnessed the Property Manager, Cathyerine Butler’s verbally aggressive behavior. I have witnessed the Property Manager, Cathyerine Butler act in an unprofessional manner that is not conducive in the work environment and unethical for the operation of a business. I had to assist a tenant for preparation to take this company to court.
Cathy Butler and her team have taken care of our Fredericksburg properties for 13 years. We have ALWAYS been very pleased with their service while we were often across the nation. The rental staff are responsive and helpful and do the best for the tenants that they can w/ what is in their control.
We have rented properties through Fredericksburg Area Rentals since 2012 and have always found Cathy and her team to be responsive, caring, professional, and helpful. We never felt like they were invasive as some property managers can be but were always there when needed. We love the Tenant Portal as an easy way to pay rent or submit a work order and Fredericksburg Area Rental staff always respond promptly to service needs.
