I walked in here looking for a small, high quality printer to print postcards and professional looking flyers. I'm tired of paying for them to be printed elsewhere and my HP desktop couldn't handle the thicker paper or the volume. Deb and Sonny were so helpful. After assessing my needs and trying to print my postcard on one of their B & W printers, they unboxed a new Color one so I could see it! We set up delivery for the next day. I have taken my office's Canon printers to Frederick Copy Doc for years. They always do good work, get the jobs done quickly, and by the way are really sweet people.
