Dr Yturralde is an excellent cardiologist. I was referred to him by my internist due to high blood pressure and chest pains. From my first appointment with Dr Yturralde, I was impressed. He had already gone over my medical history and discussed it with me without me having to bring it up. He requested many non-invasive tests due to my family history, which I appreciated. My dentist discovered my high blood pressure. My doctor referred me to a cardiologist. I believe divine intervention sent me to find Dr. Yturralde. In laymen's terms, I had a 90%+ blockage in my left artery of the heart, A.K.A. the widow maker. Dr. Yturralde was able to diagnosis and get me to the surgeon, Dr. William Martinez. The receptionist I spoke to was one of the rudest I have ever encountered. Maybe learn some tact and discretion before speaking with people at the desk about their issues in front of the whole waiting area. Not only did she reveal embarrassing information about my health, they both laughed at me as I was getting on the elevator. I will never return to this doctor because of this. This uncaring "man" blew my mom and her heart issues off. Saw her once and did 1 test and signed off on her. Come to find out within days she would have no longer been with me. He just wants money. Very uncaring person and he should not be in tne medical field! I have asked for a meeting with him to discuss his "diagnosis" but he is a coward. Clearly guilty of malpractice!
