Believe the other negative reviews of this office and stay away! Dr. Tillman seems like a nice guy, but I really question his judgement. I've worn the same contact prescription for over a decade and he decided to change it because in a few years I'll be 40 and he stated my eyes might change so he wanted to adjust the strength now. I'm totally confused why you would attempt to address an issue that doesn't exist. But his office went ahead and ordered me a trial pair of contacts. Very peaceful calming clinic very professional
I'm a long time pt. of Dr Tillman until January 15th 2024 while trying to make an appointment and was met with terrible customer service and attitude. Will not be back.
I called as a new patient and everything went smoothly at first. They scheduled me for a Tuesday 8:20 am appt. I arrived at 8:10 to fill out paperwork only to see that the open at 8:30am. Strange. I waited in parking lot for about 10 mins and then decided to leave. I’ve never even received a call. Very odd.
