This modest apartment complex is surprisingly quiet and everyone is very friendly. Rents are based on income and there are eligibility requirements. Rent seems to be raised once a year every year by $40. This is a litttle mind boggling considering the following: 1. The maintence people seem to overly rely on certain tenants to help with very basic repairs without adequately compensating them.
