Dr. Birsch has done a fantastic job with my teeth over the last 40 years and has always been profession, ethical, and very fair with me. He is a great asset to Portsmouth. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Birsch and now his daughter Laura have been great at taking care of my dental health. Always nice and concerned about not only your teeth but your general health. He has done many procedures on my teeth and since I do not take novacaine he has been especially careful with me. His hygienists are very thorough and personable. They do not even beat you when you have not flossed well enough. Laura is taking care of my grandson and he likes her very much also. What can you say, they are great!

Dr. Birsch is by far the finest dentist I have ever found. I have been with him for many years, and even continue to be his patient though I have moved some 150 miles away from his office. He is as painless as any dentist can possibly be, his work is flawless, and both he and his staff display warmth and friendliness that make a visit almost an enjoyable experience.
