I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jani and the entire staff at Frederick Surgical Center. From check-in to being wheeled out to my car after surgery, everyone was kind, professional, and caring. The nurses, surgical team, and recovery staff made me feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout the entire process. UPDATE: While I was told you have 6 months to make payments, their website only allows you to set up payments for 3 months. Reducing to 1 star for further billing inconvenience. I appreciate the general friendliness of the staff, and they give you 6 months to make payments. However, I won't ever go back here. When I arrived for the procedure, they said they left a voicemail about the payment that would be due and an explanation, but I looked through my voicemails and told the lady I did not have any messages from them. I can't say enough about Dr.Deshaies and the amazing staff here that took care of me. I am not good with names, but everyone who participated in my care was warm, kind, helpful and understanding. They helped make my surgery an easy and stress free experience. Especially the nurse in the or, she leaned down and held my hand until I was asleep. I just can't say enough about these nurses and doctors, they were all wonderful and so incredibly kind.
Beautiful people ...very professional,very nice .place was very clean . Process was very good and I will recommend this place.
Great experience for my first surgical procedure. All the nurses were nice and caring. Erin is the one I dealt with the most and she was a gem.
