They were great but now only sell to high-volume commercial now. New ownership and now closed to the public. It's a shame they will not help they're old local customer base. I know exactly what I need, they have it and won't sell it to me. I hope they rethink their business model or leave Frederick. Why are they here if they won't help locals? I rarely hope for a business to fail but...
