I have been to see Jen and Sarah and both have done exceptional work. I clean houses for a living so my body is constantly sore and too tight. Going here every 2 weeks makes it so I can continue to do my job without being in pain constantly. I can not recommend them enough.
Jennifer is fantastic! Really paid attention to my areas of concern, educated me on the techniques she was using during the service, and walked me through some stretching and mindfulness for in between sessions. Would highly recommend!
Excellent service, would recommend for any sports recovery needs.
