I have had problems with them from day one. My BiPAP was ordered by my doctor on March 3rd. Because I don't have a computer to download the paperwork, I asked to have it sent to me by mail. Apparently this was a problem with them being able to comply with this simple request. Finally I received my BiPAP machine on May 11th. And it came with the wrong mask size.
