Can only assume some of these reviews are from growing pains, because Pianoworks looks great and has become a go-to for me. Ferrari's is awesome. Well done on getting rid of the red awnings. Keep it up! (ps would love a coffee shop in there if you're taking suggestions...)
Was googling to find a phone number and felt like I owed these guys the courtesy of sharing my experience. Always straightforward interaction and would 100% do work with them again. Very cool properties. Pianoworks is a neat place and that tanked episode was awesome.

Our company did service work for this company and the properties they manage for over a year and a half. They paid bills on time and we had no issues for first 6 months. After that we discovered side jobs they were pushing our associates to do for them to undercut our business. The company racked up 40k+ worth of invoices through our company before we discovered this and they are stringing us along and refusing to pay.
