Very grateful for the ability to get same day sick visits, and the nurse line at night. Have been here 8 years so far.
We simply love the location , nurses and doctor.absolutely amazing place and people .
Dr. Koerner is an unprofessional and disrespectful doctor with a terrible bedside manner and an even worse reputation. He didn’t bother to introduce himself, spoke rudely, and clearly lacks the compassion or temperament to work with children or babies. I no longer bring my kids to this location and drive all the way to Urbana to avoid his so-called “care.” I simply do not trust him around children.
