I have been living within Frederick Park Apartments for the past two years and I finally had enough. The only reason I am leaving two stars is because there are only two things that are decent enough to mention. The maintenance crew was friendly and swift to responding calls, and the surrounding area was nice due to the calm weather. I have lived in Frederick Park Apartments for the last 4 years and I was very happy with the experience living there. The staff is very helpful; only rarely did I speak with a representative who was not professional. The rent is such a great deal for the Monterey Bay area and allows the students to save money without spending it all on rent. Frederick Park is also good with issuing refunds and explaining charges.
