This is, hands down, the BEST dentist in the Orlando area. From basic cleanings with his caring staff, to the absolute expertise shown by Dr. Palacios. I have had a couple emergency situations and Dr. Palacios has stayed beyond closing hours to care for my issues, with thorough explanations and guidance for follow-up care. Never rushed. Never treated poorly. The staff will work with your insurance should they pull the typical insurance nonsense, too. I cannot recommend this doctor enough.
I’ve had a lot of dentists. I’ve not had a lot of *good* dentists. Dr. Palacios is fantastic. Just left my visit, cannot recommend more highly.
Sandra went above and beyond to work with my insurance and get me scheduled for an appointment. When I arrived, Ms. Rosie was extremely kind and attentive and gave me a thorough cleaning and x-rays. Dr. Palacios was very supportive, referring me for wisdom teeth removal and orthodontists. I highly recommend this office and their amazing staff!
