We have been going to Dr Palacios for a number of years! He is thorough but not aggressive with our dental care. Meaning, he always does what is needed, but does not push for unnecessary or expensive additional work if it is not the best for our oral health. He will make recommendations and suggestions and discuss options with you before starting/scheduling a protocol or suggesting treatment. My family has been going to this practice for 20 years. We loved the previous dentist and the current one. Dr. Palacios is personable and attentive and the staff is great!
This is, hands down, the BEST dentist in the Orlando area. From basic cleanings with his caring staff, to the absolute expertise shown by Dr. Palacios. I have had a couple emergency situations and Dr. Palacios has stayed beyond closing hours to care for my issues, with thorough explanations and guidance for follow-up care. Never rushed. Never treated poorly. The staff will work with your insurance should they pull the typical insurance nonsense, too. I cannot recommend this doctor enough.
