After hail damage to two of our vehicles in mid March we scheduled appointments for both to be repaired at the Frederick Motor Company Body shop. We took each car in for them to evaluate before scheduling the repairs so they could assess what needed to be done. Car 1 (2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee) came back mostly okay - we were told to plan for a week for repairs, but it took 2 weeks and they did poke a hole in the interior headliner near the tailgate. If I could give it zero stars I would give it bad service in the purchase of parts. I bought some parts for my car and they were not what I needed. I went to return the parts with the receipt and their original bag and they said they could not accept it again. Very bad service. I do not recommend buying parts with them since they look for excuses to not reimburse the parts.

Staff are friendly and service is quick. Wait time is something to be considered obviously when you have good service, right. Try to be there early and be first person in line, you will be happily on your way less than half an hour.
