Generally I have had a very good experience with the service department. Some of the service advisors could improve their customer service amd be more polite. The service quality has been overall great. I like that they improved their communication ans payment system and that they offer vehicel pick up and delivery.
They were courteous, very professional. The mechanic checked my vehicle and made me aware of any issues and assured me he could take care of the problem. I appreciated his input and look forward to going back and getting the same great service.
Excellent body shop. They kept me informed the whole way what was going on with my vehicle and completed the job ahead of schedule
