Frederick Meditation is an amazing place! Heather Stang is warm and from the moment you enter the door you become part of an amazing community. I took the beginning meditation workshop and did the book club and it helped me to find balance and space in a busy world. I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. I have also attended Anthony’s drop in class and he is wonderful!!
Yoga and meditation for grief was such a release for us. We so much appreciate that this is here for us and all who are experiencing grief. Thank you, Beth Beard
