Dr. Karoub is good. My mother and I have been patients for 20 years. It used to be a nice warm office when Dr Karoubs mother would set snacks and coffee out for patients Over the years staff has become extremely unprofessional. Example, I was told on a Monday that I would receive a phone call on Thursday at 2 pm by Dr. Karoub and never received one. The best Doctor around. He cares about your health and takes his time to go over all tests and is never in a rush. Highly recommended.

I’ve been seeing Dr Karoub for over 5 years on and off. Unfortunately due to my insurance changing I had to stop seeing him for a couple years but now I’m back. Dr Karoub is very knowledgeable and always makes time to listen to you and doesn’t judge. I’ve seen other drs and they lack knowledge and try to rush you through the appointment. The office staff isn’t the best at calling back but I get the same service at other Dr offices.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Frederick Karoub listens and is very thorough. He has a great best bed bedside manor and cares about his patients.

Called multiple times to ask if they were taking new patients and finall after 2 months no call back, waited for manager and they are not. She told me in response to not getting information or call back “if you don’t feel comfortable with service don’t use us” Don’t bother with them!
